A blended Irish whiskey from The Quiet Man range (not named after the John Wayne film, but rather after the father of the brand owner – he was a bartender who heard many stories during his time behind the bar but told no tales). Before bottling, the whiskey is finished in first-fill bourbon barrels.

This sweet blend has a surprising light, floral fragrance, and hints of toasted oak and honey. High in malt, it’s exceptionally smooth.
